I’ve never been to a Snap Canna dispensary before. Is there anything I need to bring with me?

All you need is a Valid State ID, Drivers License or Passport, be over 21 years and a form of payment that can include cash or debit cards

What hours is Snap Canna open?

7 days a week, 9 am-10pm*. All transactions must be completed by 10pm so the doors are locked at 9:45pm.

Does Snap Canna have a loyalty program? How do I sign up?

Welcome to Snap Rewards! Each Dollar spent at Snap Canna stores earns you a point in the Snap Club. You earn $10 off for every 100 points. Just sign up with your budtender when you complete a purchase.

Can I pre-order online at Snap Canna?

Yes! We strive to get online orders in and out in a SNAP! Submit a pre-order now and use our Snap Pick Up for quick in and out.

1. Log in, Create an account or start shopping as a guest!

2. Select your dispensary location. 

3. Start shopping and add your favorite cannabis products to your cart.

4. When you're ready to check out, select a pick up time and once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation text or email.

5. Bring your ID, come down and say hello.

Can I purchase Cannabis at Snap Canna if i'm from out of State. 

Yes! Out of state customers can shop at any Snap Canna dispensary locations. Out of State customers are limited to purchasing or possessing 15 grams of Cannabis flower, 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate and no more than 250 mg of cannabis-infused products. 

What types of payment do you accept?

Snap Canna accepts Cash (USD) as well as major debit with a small third party processing fee. There is also an ATM at the dispensary. 

How much Cannabis can I purchase?

Illinois law allows both Residents and non-residents over the age of 21 to purchase and possess cannabis. Snap Canna requires a valid Illinois Drivers License or ID card to prove Residency. Unfortunately, Illinois does not allow medical card reciprocity from other states. 

Illinois Residents can purchase and possess up to 30 grams of flower, 5 grams of cannabis concentrate and no more than 500 mg of cannabis-infused products. 

Non-residents can purchase and possess up to 15 grams of flower, 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate and no more than 250 mg of cannabis-infused products. 

Is Snap Canna a medical dispensary?

Snap Canna is an Adult Use Dispensary and does not have a license to serve Illinois Medical patients at the Patient tax rate. We do carry a wide product selection that can help with a number of ailments. Our team is highly trained on which methods, strains and products are best for a large number of ailments for which Cannabis can provide relief. 

Do you have security on-site?

Yes. Our on-site security is here to help. They are professional and trained to ensure you feel safe and comfortable when visiting our store.

How often is your menu updated?

Our menus are live! They are regularly updated to reflect the current inventory at each location. Check back daily for the latest product drops!

What type of cannabis products are available?

Snap Canna carries a large variety of Illinois cannabis flower, topicals, edibles, beverages, concentrates, vape cartridges, tincture/sublingual products, and transdermal products. Choose a store and visit our online menu to browse through our current inventory

Whether you are brand new to cannabis or an experienced user, we take pride in our highly trained staff to help guide you through your cannabis purchase. 

How much cannabis should I consume?

The proper dosage of cannabis will be different for each person and will vary depending upon which method of consumption is used. It is important to start with a low dose, and gradually increase until you learn what works best for you. First-time cannabis users should proceed with caution. It is recommended that you first try it in a safe, familiar environment.

Edible cannabis products take longer for your body to process than products that are smoked, vaped or taken sublingually. We advise you to start very slow. Wait at least one to two hours after using it to determine the effects.

Do you offer Delivery?

Illinois law does not allow for Cannabis delivery. We do offer express pickup for online orders at both locations!

Do you have parking available?

Snap Canna dispensaries have large parking lots with plenty of free parking available. 

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Our menu consists of products we believe in. If you believe your product may be defective, reach out to your local dispensary via email and include the following:

1. A Picture of the Product. (Make sure any vape carts and pens are standing up so we can see the volume of distillate!)

2. A Written Description of the Issue.

3. A picture of the Barcode.

4. Date of Purchase

We will contact the vendor and get back to you. Please do not bring any cannabis products back into the store.

Where can I smoke cannabis?

In a private space where smoking and/or vaping are allowed. Smoking cannabis in public spaces is prohibited by state and local laws. 

Sorry, but using cannabis products in or around Snap Canna dispensaries is prohibited.

Can I travel with my cannabis?

Be safe – never drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis. Keep your cannabis in a secure area of your vehicle, out of reach of the driver and passengers. We recommend customers leave your purchase in the bag and store the bag in the trunk while transporting. 

Cannabis is still a schedule 1 substance and is not allowed to cross state lines.

How do I store my cannabis?

We recommend storing your cannabis in a dark, dry and cool place to keep it fresh. 

For safety, always keep your cannabis in a locked and secure location in your home away from children and pets.
